Do you offer support contracts?
Absolutely! We can of course handle emergency one off and critical issues and get your working again, but with our 98% no issues or business downtime over 5 years track record amongst the clients for whom we have on support agreement, we have every belief that this is the most efficient and cost effective way for us to cater to your business' IT needs.
What size companies do you service?
We are proud to have worked with the big name banks, right through to a Sydney based marketing consultancy. Ideally, we can add some real value to your company if you have as few as 10 computers in your office through to as many as 100 and if you have more than just one office spread through various locations (locally, nationally or even internationally), we can certainly provide you and your business with some real benefits.
What brands can you supply?
We're closely aligned with major reputable brands including HP, APC and Cisco and we have supply agreements with Tier 2 wholesalers and distributors. We can supply to your business on demand or we can house hot-spares waiting on standby. The first step should always be ensuring you are getting the right solution.
We have an in house IT specialist who will be on holidays for a month and will need some help. Do you offer your services on an 'as-required' basis?
Yes we do. We have partnered with a number of other IT service companies to provide as backup and contingency for both their clients and ours.
Is VoIP for business reliable?
Yes. VoIP has been commercially available for a very long time and most large corporations have been using it for well over a decade. Over the past 10 years the technology has matured and is now considered as reliable, if not more reliable than the traditional PSTN networks.
Can VoIP save our business money?
Yes, under the right conditions VoIP will not only saves your business thousands in telecommunications costs, but it also introduces a number of other benefits which traditional PABX systems can't offer - such as Video and Audio Conferencing.
Can I use VoIP remotely?
Yes. One of the many great features of VoIP is the flexibility it offers over PABX systems.
We have several offices; can we share our information between them?
Yes. We can provide your business with a reliable solution that allows you to share information between remotely connected offices seamlessly and with the exact same experience at each end. Do you do networking and set up servers?

Can you set up and manage our information backups?
You never need a back up - until you NEED one, and then you can't afford to have a back up system that has failed, this could ruin your business. There are very many solutions and technical strategies for backing up your data, let us recommend the right solution specifically for your business.
